Terminal Leader

Prosegur Change, a leading global provider in foreign currency exchange, is actively seeking an exceptionally motivated and committed individual to take on the role of Terminal Leader at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) to assist the Airport Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the airport bureaus and ATMs.
Germany’s largest passenger airport, Frankfurt Airport is also one of Europe’s busiest airports with the new Terminal 3 set to open this year to further increase passenger capacity. It is also the main hub for the German airline, Lufthansa.
Job Purpose:
Assisting the Airport Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of 5 airport branches and 13 ATMs across Frankfurt Airport. Maintaining, developing and delivering agreed targets and standards to enable the achievement of Prosegur Change’s Frankfurt Airport operational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting teams to drive walk up sales and ATM revenues.
Working with all leaders to improve customer service levels at branches.
Supporting with people management including coaching, full performance-based rostering, annual leave management, retention, recruitment, and performance management.
Supporting with product launches and promotions.
Assisting with management of inventory and margins across the airport.
Executing operations in line with standard operating procedures and coaching staff on operating disciplines. Adhering to company and location policy and procedures, including those related to ATMs, audit, risk management, Health & Safety, security and retail requirements.
Supporting communication for all site staff and management.
Undertaking company training within required timescales and ensure the entire team’s training is up to date.
Supporting in the onboarding and training of new staff members.
Sharing and implementing best practice within the airport.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Duty Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in foreign exchange or retail, with at least 2 years’ experience.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sound knowledge of inventory management and financial acumen.
Ability to uphold compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Willingness to undergo required training and develop skills continuously.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and driving operational efficiencies.
