Prosegur Change, a leading global provider in foreign currency exchange, is actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to work as Foreign Exchange Sales Consultants in our new operation at Frankfurt Airport.  

Germany’s largest passenger airport, Frankfurt Airport is also one of Europe’s busiest airports with the new Terminal 3 set to open this year to further increase passenger capacity.  It is the main hub for the German airline, Lufthansa.

The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers including:

• Buying and selling of foreign currencies.

• Handling money transfers, tax refunds and much more.

You will need the following experience an skills

• It is essential that you have previous retail or customer service experience.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build a rapport with customers, helping them with their currency needs .

• A flair for sales with the ability to promote our products and services whilst working towards and achieving targets.

• Self-motivated, energetic and able to adhere to procedures.

• Ability to work under pressure.

Hours: 40 hours per week. You must be able to work on a rotational shift basis, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
